seeing race results after finish
After the race is finished, the results are covered by the summary. It would be useful to have the possibility to see them clearly again.

Option to turn off racing.
Brawn doesn't get in the cars, but I still want to act his role. Just the option to run off the racing. I sim race all over the place and don't want to have to play a touch screen racing game in order to enjoy what seems a very solid manager game.

When you change the team,the driver of the previous team take your (cumulative) points.

Make the game harder
2nd season in a burro rosso and I have 2 wins in 5 races. Make it a bit more of a challenge for me to win.

Editor
Can we have a simple in game editor that allows us to rename drivers and put them in different cars?

pause button
There's no way to delay the challenges or pause during a race if I have something I need to do.

Change the steering mechanics for iphone
The current steering is too fidgy for the iphone. Maybe implement simple arrows behind the steering wheel. So you keep the nice graphics but change the mechanics behind it. My last attempt at the chicane challenge was a complete mess. Got stuck on the wall an couldn't get off it anymore. So lost maximum time in the sector. I like the fact there is a max time loss because i would gave lost minutes that time :)

Driving tutorial for first time users
Getting thrown into the driving isn't good - need some sort of driving tutorial (F1 young driver test?) for first time users before the game starts.
