Driver transfert
I know it might be hard to do it. But it would be be great to see a driver (ai) at the emd of his contract geetimg options in other team of get sacked if the result are not good. And to be perfect add other drivers, for example 35, 40 drivers in total but only 22 in f1.

I to would love to see a transfer market where drivers swap teams or even add a few new GP2/Fr 3.5 drivers to freshen things up. Perhaps driver announcement can be featured in the news box which at present serves very little purpose.
I would also prefer if you signed a contract with a team. It is not very realistic to move teams each season and wait till the end of the season to pick a team. Perhaps you could get in season offers. If you wish you break your contract you could buy it out with your cash winnings.
