An error occurred while saving the comment I don't thing this is realistic - in the real world improvements to a car in one team aren't transferable to a car in another team.

Punctures can actually occur to "you" or to the AI drivers. They only happen occasionally (and never more than 2 per race) - the system randomly allocates them to a car - there is a 1/22 chance that it will happen to your car.
I am looking at some more random retirement options such as mechanical failures - which will then trigger a safety car. This could be more likely if you run your car hard, etc.
I like the idea of more involvement from the engineer - I'll think about the options.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sounds good - I like the idea of it being a button on the main screen that only becomes available occasionally. I could limit the availability of them.
Could be a chance to see the cars from a different perspective too - cockpit view would be nice full off the rear wing & diffuser of the guy in front.

An error occurred while saving the comment Version 1.2.3 (just released for droid and iOS) starts to address the pit lane time issue by increasing to make it more realistic.
An error occurred while saving the comment Fuel efficiency upgrade performance has been addressed in version 1.2.2 - now live for both iOS and Android.

We will have the ability to do this, but not for approx 6 months.
An error occurred while saving the comment The platform that I've built the game on does not support Windows Phone, so this would require significant work. Having said that I'll leave this idea open for votes.
