Some suggestions
Can you add the audio of the team messages during the races?
Can you add an ability to create a new team that you can manage?
Can you add an ability to control not only a pilot but the 2 pilot of a team?

Multiplayer
I would love to see a multitude later option, to play against real people. This allows for more of a realistic experience with the game

Trophies for all races
Like real races have trophies awarded after every race and big events

Fixes
Longer races, not just like 30 laps. Mayby 40 between 60. And tires, fuel and position can go smoother, (now them update every lap, so this fix can make races longer, (its just good)) and map to show where are cars.

Team colours indicator
Have an indicator (small car model or change the name of the box around the driver) to show which driver belongs to which team during races. E.g. If I edit Nico Rosberg to Manor (hehe) I'm sometimes confused as to who is on what team. A simple orange/blue box around his name or even a small manor logo/car next to his name could be useful!

Can you add tool to chance driver and team names.

Driver transfert
I know it might be hard to do it. But it would be be great to see a driver (ai) at the emd of his contract geetimg options in other team of get sacked if the result are not good. And to be perfect add other drivers, for example 35, 40 drivers in total but only 22 in f1.

Add ratings to the editor.
We should be able to change 'ratings' of drivers and teams. This woups make the game much better. I would also like to see some sort if qualifying.

Team
It would be cool to be able to change all of the cars colors. I like to change the names of teams and drivers to match other seasons. And its very weird to see the team name Toyota but it has the colors of Manor

Tyres slightly worn for top ten.
Simple suggestion, I like how the top ten can't change tyres, nice and realistic, but I think it would be good for them to start with slightly worn tyres in the race. This would really benefit if you qualify 11th, as you could gain a slight advantage on fresh rubber, as in real life. At the moment you really only have the choice between matching the top ten or having a slightly longer first stint, I think this would be a nice touch to spice things up in a realistic manner.
